In this role, you will be a key part of our daily operations, helping our doctors deliver excellent care while creating a positive, comfortable experience for every patient who walks through the door. What You'll Do Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready for each patient Work closely with the dentist to prepare for procedures Welcome patients, take vitals, review medical history, and explain next steps Assist during procedures to ensure smooth, efficient visits Take accurate digital x rays Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Prepare trays, materials, and lab cases for upcoming appointments Follow OSHA and office safety guidelines at all times What We're Looking For Texas RDA license (required) CPR certification (required) Strong communication and people skills Reliable, energetic, and able to stay focused under pressure Detail oriented and organized Comfortable multitasking in a fast paced setting Computer proficient with the ability to learn new systems A true team player who cares about patients and coworkers Why Smiley Dental We believe in building long term careers, not just filling positions.
