- Dental assisting experience preferred; pediatric or orthodontic experience is a plus.
- A warm, patient, and positive attitude when working with children and families.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly personality.
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a team.
- X-ray certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
- A genuine desire to make every child's dental experience comfortable and positive.
