Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay based on experience ($20-$25/hour) Employee dental benefits Supportive and growth-focused team culture Opportunities for professional development and advancement Flexible scheduling options (if applicable) Monthly team events, well-stocked break room, and positive work environment Beautiful, clean, and fully digital office with cutting-edge technology Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and set up equipment Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on post-procedure care and oral hygiene Create a comfortable and welcoming experience for patients Manage inventory and ensure clinical areas are stocked and organized Support daily operations and collaborate with the dental team Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Assist with front desk duties including answering phones and greeting patients What We're Looking For Dental Assistant certification or relevant experience preferred (but not required) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor A strong team player who values collaboration, supports coworkers, and contributes to a positive office culture—teamwork is one of our highest priorities Positive attitude with a willingness to learn—we provide training and mentorship Experience with dental software is a plus A genuine passion for building lasting relationships with our patients—creating trust, making patients feel comfortable, and providing an exceptional experience are essential to our practice Ready to Grow With Us?
