•1:00 PM Team members are expected to arrive by 7:30 AM for morning setup and preparation. Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside using four-handed dentistry techniques Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient procedures Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Scan patients using iTero and Medit technology Fabricate temporary crowns and provisional restorations Assist with restorative, crown and bridge, implant, oral surgery, and other general dental procedures Sterilize and maintain instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines Review treatment plans and obtain patient consents Educate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative care Maintain accurate patient records within Open Dental Ensure exceptional patient experiences through outstanding customer service Support front office and clinical team members as needed Qualifications Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Virginia Dental Radiation Certification required Current CPR certification Experience with digital radiography Experience with Open Dental preferred Experience with digital scanners (iTero or Medit) preferred Comfortable assisting with a wide range of general dental procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-first mentality Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with implant procedures Experience with same-day digital workflows Knowledge of treatment planning and patient education Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols

Compensation Pay:

$20.00

•25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
