Children's Dentistry of Charlottesville & Piedmont Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a dependable, motivated Dental Assistant to join our pediatric team. We care for children of all ages, including patients with special healthcare needs. We're looking for someone who is hardworking, adaptable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that takes excellent patient care seriously. What You'll Do Assist dentists with exams and procedures Take X-rays and accurately document patient care Help children and families feel comfortable and cared for Prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain an organized clinical environment Work as a team to keep our busy days running smoothly What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience is highly preferred , but we also value attitude, reliability, initiative, and willingness to learn.

You should be:

Great with children and families Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment Able to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt quickly Receptive to feedback and eager to grow Dental assisting or direct patient-care experience is strongly preferred. X-ray certification is a plus.

Schedule & Pay Monday-Thursday:

7:45 AM-4:45

PM Friday:

7:45 AM-2:00

PM Pay:

$20-$26/hour, based on experience Benefits Health, vision, and dental insurance.
