Job Description

Horizon Endodontics is seeking an energetic, highly organized, self-starter professional to join our kind, honest, and fast-paced specialty practice. This is a long-term, growth-oriented role that requires no prior cross-training—we prioritize character and a willingness to learn!
The Role:
Administrative (70%) & Clinical (30%) Phase 1 (Admin Training): Begin as an Administrative Patient Care Advocate. Key tasks include answering phones with empathy, specialized scheduling, financial and insurance discussions, and using practice management software/email. Phase 2 (Clinical Focus): Expand by training in expert endodontic chairside assistance, mastering digital X-rays and CBCT 3D scans, and maintaining impeccable infection control standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
A proactive self-starter and continuous learner comfortable with feedback. Kind and compassionate with an aptitude for phone communication and customer service. Administrative experience not required but recommended. Excellent computer skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in documentation review and scheduling tasks.
