Job Description
We are a fast-growing, patient-focused dental practice looking for an enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team! If you have a passion for dentistry, love helping patients feel confident about their smiles, and thrive in a supportive environment, we would love to meet you! ✨ What You'll Do Assist the doctor chairside with all EDDA-level procedures Take digital X-rays, impressions, scans, and provide quality temporary restorations Review treatment plans and help patients feel confident and informed Maintain strict infection control protocols and operatory readiness Ensure smooth daily patient flow by anticipating provider and patient needs Support same-day treatment opportunities Document accurately in the practice management system Dentrix Deliver an exceptional patient experience every single day ✨ What We're Looking For Current EDDA certification (required) 1-2+ years of assisting experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and compassionate patient care approach Someone who takes initiative and is eager to grow their skills
