Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing exceptional patient care. Duties Assist the dentist during various procedures, including prosthodontics and general dentistry tasks. Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments. Take and develop X-rays as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records for each patient. Implement infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary materials. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction. Qualifications Must have experience working as a dental assistant Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology is essential. Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software is preferred. Familiarity with medical documentation processes and infection control standards. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
