We are a general dental office located in Manassas, VA, looking for a full-time dedicated, experienced dental assistant to join our team! We are a well established family dental practice committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients. Our team is passionate about creating a positive work environment founded on teamwork. We are seeking a dental assistant who is motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic to join our team. A good candidate will possess the qualities of an experienced dental assistant. The individual must have a current radiology certificate. The candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, be reliable and detail oriented. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments. Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring compliance with aseptic techniques. Take dental radiographs while adhering to safety protocols. Record patient information and maintain accurate medical documentation in EMR systems. Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address concerns. Manage appointment scheduling and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
