Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in a busy dental clinic. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental professionals by providing exceptional patient care and assisting in various dental procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of general dentistry practices, as well as proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft. Duties Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow through four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare and maintain the treatment area, including sterilization of instruments and equipment. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) while adhering to safety protocols. Document patient information accurately, including medical history and treatment plans, using appropriate dental documentation practices.
Compensation:
Competitive pay of $18.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience required Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental software is highly desirable. Strong understanding of general dentistry principles, including four-handed dentistry techniques. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
