Starting at $20/hr+ depending on experience Compensation based on orthodontic experience, certifications, and skill level Health insurance Vision insurance PTO Paid holidays 401(k) with company match Flexible scheduling Positive and supportive team culture Modern orthodontic technology and systems Growth opportunities within a growing orthodontic organization What You'll Do Assist orthodontists during orthodontic procedures, adjustments, and patient visits Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment Ensure compliance with sterilization and safety protocols Help patients feel comfortable and confident during treatment Take orthodontic X-rays, impressions, and records as directed Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care instructions Accurately document patient information and treatment notes Communicate effectively with clinical teams, front office staff, orthodontists, and patients Support efficient patient flow and a positive office environment What We're Looking For Prior orthodontic assisting experience Radiation Health & Safety Certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment About Prime Orthodontics At Prime Orthodontics, our mission is to provide exceptional orthodontic care in a fun, welcoming, and patient-centered environment.
