We're currently seeking full-time Dental Assistant to provide services at one of Portsmouth Naval Station's multiple facilities . The main Portsmouth base is located at: 1647 Admiral Taussig Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23511.

POSITION DETAILS

LOCATION :

NMC Portsmouth (Main)

• 1647 Admiral Taussig Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23511. There are multiple Portsmouth facilities, your facility will be assigned once interview & background clearance is completed. Facilities are located in : VA
• 23511, 23708, 23459, 23460, & 23322 Facility/Desired location will not be selected before background credentialing process is completed.

Facility transfer requests will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Ask recruiter for more details

  6:30am
• 3:30pm & Fri from 6:30am
• 3:15 (+ 30 min lunch break)

BENEFITS

PAY PACKAGE

$ 18.89/hr + Benefits + AMG Insurance Coverage Provided

DENTAL ASSISTANT JOB REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED

ITEMS UPDATED RESUME

: Must have at least 1yr of relevant recent work exp (Some candidates may require 3+ yrs)

DA CERT :

Must provide an active Dental Assistant certification

DA DIPLOMA

: Must provide a diploma/equivalent showing proof of course completion.

BLS CERT

: Must provide a non-expired Basic Life Support cert (Issued by AHA or ARC only) X

• RAY/RADIOLOGY CERT
• : Must provide a valid X-Ray Cert identifying course/curriculum completion

CURRENT INSURANCE

: Must send over ONLY if choosing AMG Insurance Coverage option
