Job Description

Dental Office Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator We're looking for a kind, dependable, and welcoming person to join our dental team! Our office is looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in beingorganized, and understands that a friendly front desk can make a big difference in a patient's experience. We're looking for someone with previous front desk, receptionist, administrative, or dental office experience who is responsible, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping others. What you'll be doing
  • Welcoming patients with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Managing patient records and paperwork
  • Collecting payments and assisting with basic insurance/administrative tasks
  • Communicating with patients, dental providers, and the rest of the team
  • Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly
  • Helping create a calm, positive environment for our patients The person we're hoping to find We'd love to meet someone who is:

  • Organized and detail-oriented — able to stay on top of appointments, paperwork, and multiple tasks

  • Comfortable learning — willing to ask questions and learn our systems and procedures Experience Previous front desk, medical/dental office, receptionist, or administrative experience ispreferred.
Dental experience is a plus, but we are also happy to consider someone with strong general front-desk experience who is eager to learn. Why join us?
