No dental experience is required —we are happy to train the right person. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help patients feel comfortable and cared for. What You'll Do Welcome patients with a friendly, professional attitude. Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments. Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) after receiving appropriate training and certification. Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment. Clean, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment following OSHA and infection control guidelines. Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation. Help keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently. Work closely with the entire team to provide an exceptional patient experience.
