Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Supervisor-Construction to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate daily site activities, manage teams of construction professionals, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will be pivotal in delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope, fostering a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Material ordering and scheduling install crews to meet customer requirements for timely completion Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules Ensure installation meets and exceeds all code and manufacturer installation requirements with the highest quality to mitigate call back and punch list work Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to optimize productivity and safety. Utilize AccuLynx CRM/Project Mgmt software to maintain accurate project status, photos and documentation Enforce federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) and company safety policies to maintain a secure work environment. Conduct quality control inspections, review technical requirements, and ensure adherence to construction regulations and standards. Work closely with customers to communicate job progress and completion Skills 3 years + experience and expertise in installation of asphalt roofing, Hardie siding, vinyl siding and other construction techniques. Clean driving record Experience ordering materials and scheduling installation crews to meet customer installation timelines. Proven ability to manage teams effectively while supervising multiple trades on-site. Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Deep understanding of construction safety regulations (OSHA) and federal safety standards. Skilled in creating material take offs for roofing and siding Ability to oversee quality control processes ensuring compliance with industry standards and manufacturer installation requirements Experience supervising crews in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously within budget constraints.
