Dental Assistant - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Join our amazing dental team as a Dental Assistant ! In this role, you'll work closely with our dental providers to deliver exceptional patient care while helping keep our office running smoothly. We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time Dental Assistant positions. What You'll Do Provide chairside assistance to dentists during a variety of procedures, while ensuring efficiency and patient comfort. Assist with treatment planning and confidently present recommended treatment to patients, helping them understand their treatment options and next steps. Support case acceptance by clearly communicating treatment recommendations, answering patient questions, and providing a positive patient experience. Maintain and accurately update patient dental EMR records. Ensure compliance with dental office protocols, including weekly spore testing, quarterly waterline testing, HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable safety requirements. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment to support a safe, sanitary, and compliant clinical environment. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and provide clear postoperative care instructions to support recovery and long-term oral health. Collaborate with dentists and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care and a seamless clinical experience. Required Qualifications Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered: Current dental radiology license/certification as required by the state. Current CPR certification. Must be available to work weekends and evening hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively discuss treatment with patients. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures related to general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and other common dental procedures. Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous Dental Assistant experience in a clinical setting. Proficiency with Dentrix or a similar dental EMR system. Experience assisting with treatment planning and case presentation. Experience working in a fast-paced or emergency dental environment.

Schedule We are hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions . Because we provide emergency dental care and offer extended hours, evening and weekend availability is required .
