Our practice can be busy and fast-paced, so the ideal candidate is someone who stays upbeat under pressure, enjoys helping others, and understands that great patient care is a team effort.
What We're Looking For:
A genuinely positive, friendly, and cheerful personality A strong team-player mentality — someone willing to jump in and help wherever needed Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude during busy days Dependable, punctual, and responsible Organized and able to anticipate the needs of the hygienist and patients Comfortable interacting with patients and helping them feel welcome and at ease Good communication skills and a professional demeanor Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be asked Willingness to learn and receive feedback Someone who contributes to a supportive, respectful, and enjoyable workplace
Responsibilities:
The Hygiene Assistant will work closely with our hygienists to help keep the hygiene schedule running smoothly and provide an excellent experience for our patients.
Responsibilities may include:

We are looking for someone who comes to work ready to contribute, treats coworkers with respect, and understands that no one succeeds alone in a busy dental practice. If you are naturally cheerful, enjoy working with people, stay calm when things get busy, and like being part of a team that helps one another, we would love to meet you. Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction telling us a little about yourself and why you think you would be a good fit for our team.
