Job Description

## Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting and be passionate about patient care. We create a self-driven, clinical team-member empowered care philosophy. We empowered you with assist driven workflows and support our patients with a patient centered approach to care. ## Duties
  • Assist dentist with various dental procedures, including crowns, bridges, dentures and implants.
  • Comfortable using a 3D intra
  • oral Scanner and interested in learning 3D printing.
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials for procedures
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
  • Manage patient records and ensure they are updated accurately.
  • Educate patients on oral health care and post operative instructions.
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with laboratory tasks, including making impressions, denture impressions and pouring models.
  • Provide compassionate and professional patient care at all times. ## Skills
  • Proficiency in Dentrix software systems
  • Knowledge of medical coding practices
  • Ability to take accurate vital signs and maintain detailed medical records
