Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, resilient and high-energy Front Office Coordinator and dental assistant who loves the challenge of a busy schedule and thrives on creating a five-star patient experience. If you're a master of multitasking and a natural problem-solver who can handle scheduling efficiently and provide customer service with a smile—we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional demeanor. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently. Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments and services. Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits. Process payments, manage billing, and file insurance claims. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Help manage the office schedule to ensure a smooth patient flow. Qualifications Previous experience in a medical billing, medical/dental office, bank service setting is mandatory. Proficiency with iMac or Macbook (Apple) computers is mandatory. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable collecting patient payments. A high school diploma or equivalent. Dental insurance knowledge is a plus. Fast learner for on-the-job training Working Hours Must be available to work evenings.
