The ideal candidate must have at least one year of dental assisting experience and be a reliable, quick learner who is comfortable working independently. Strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential. Responsibilities Duties will include, but are not limited to: Chair-side assisting. Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment and treatment rooms. Preparing patients for treatment. Exposing radiographs as appropriate. Maintaining and accurately recording patient treatment information Providing postoperative instructions. Supporting the dental team in maintaining an efficient, welcoming, and patient-focused office environment. Qualifications & Skills Experienced in dental assisting, with at least one year of experience. A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-organized and highly detailed-oriented. Personable and able to build effective rapport with patients, dentists, and team members. Reliable, punctual, focused, and professional. A quick learner and self-starter who can work independently. Comfortable with computers and dental office technology. Adaptable and willing to embrace improvements to office policies and procedures. Able to thrive in a busy dental office while maintaining a positive attitude.
