Dental Assistant Burlington Family Dentistry Burlington, WA $19-$24 per hour | Full-Time Burlington Family Dentistry is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team. If you want a dental office where the team cares about doing great work while also making patients feel comfortable, this could be a great fit. We are an established family practice with a modern office, a broad mix of dentistry, and a team that believes patients should feel known and cared for—not rushed through an appointment. Pay and Schedule $19-$24 per hour , based on experience Full-time opportunity Monday-Friday Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM-2:00 PM Flexible weekday hours available Friday hours: 8:00 AM-2:00 PM We know schedule matters. Our extended weekday office hours give us some flexibility to build a schedule that works for both the practice and the right candidate. What You'll Do Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Take dental x-rays and intraoral photos Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards Keep operatories stocked, clean, and organized Support patients before, during, and after treatment Provide post-operative instructions and patient education Complete dental charting and clinical documentation Perform basic lab duties as needed Work closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and front office team members Help keep the clinical day running smoothly and on schedule Who We're Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred Washington Dental Assistant Registration required CPR/BLS certification preferred Comfortable taking dental x-rays Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures Strong chairside assisting skills Friendly and professional with patients Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a busy dental practice Willing to jump in and help the team when needed Experience is important, but so is attitude. We are looking for someone who is dependable, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a strong dental team.
