As an Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) you will become a vital part of delivering exceptional oral healthcare. In this energetic role, you will support dentist and team by preparing patients, assisting during procedures, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your expertise will help create a comfortable, efficient environment where patients feel cared for and confident in their dental experience. We are looking for a dependable, professional and friendly dental assistant who thrives in a professional sometimes fast-paced setting who is passionate about improving oral health. This is a family practice who values loyalty and a job well done. •Bonus system: Pay based on duties & experience Duties Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a safe and hygienic environment Assist dentist chair side during a variety of procedures including restorative, orthodontic, prosthodontic, endodontic, and periodontal treatments Take and record vital signs and patient assessments to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Manage patient records using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Provide patient education when needed and help stock and order supplies Skills Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with dental practice software systems like Eaglesoft Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures found in a well-established private, advanced restorative general dentistry practice Ability to accurately assess patient needs through medical history review and vital signs measurement Experience with HIPAA compliance to protect patient confidentiality and medical records management Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively and coordinate with the dental team in a professional environment Skilled in dental assisting techniques including instrument 4 handed dentistry and chair side support including rubber dam placement, assisting with Cerec crowns and implant dentistry
Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
