You do not need to know everything, but you should be comfortable with the basic Invisalign workflow and excited to keep growing. What You'll Do Assist with general, cosmetic, Invisalign, implant, and laser procedures. Take excellent digital scans (iTero), X-rays, and clinical photographs Support Invisalign records, attachments, aligner delivery, patient education, and refinement workflows. Prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, and keep the clinical day running smoothly. Anticipate the doctor's needs and create an amazing patient experience. Jump in, support your teammates, and bring positive energy to the office. What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience— requirement 3+ years. Prior Invisalign experience is required. Experience with digital scanning and Invisalign record taking. Current Washington State Dental Assistant registration. Dependable, organized, confident, and detail-oriented. Strong communication and people skills. Positive, coachable, and genuinely excited to learn new things. Comfortable in a busy, growth-oriented practice.
