Job description: Capital City Smiles is looking for a dental assistant to join our team. We're a general dentistry practice in Olympia focused on treating patients like people, not appointments — and we're looking for someone who brings that same energy chairside every day. You're a good fit if you're: Friendly and outgoing — you make patients feel comfortable, not just processed Dependable — you show up, follow through, and we can count on you Efficient — you keep the office running smoothly, no wasted time or wasted steps What you'll do: Assist chairside during exams, cleanings, and procedures Prep and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take and process digital X-rays Help patients feel at ease before and during appointments Keep supplies stocked and rooms turned over quickly between patients What we're looking for: Dental assistant certification (or equivalent experience) — WA state requirements apply X-ray certification preferred Comfortable with digital systems (we use Dentrix) A team player with a positive attitude

Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
