Experienced Dental Assistant We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our professional, patient-focused dental practice. The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of dental assisting experience , strong restorative assisting skills , excellent communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. What We're Looking For Minimum 2-3 years of dental assisting experience Strong restorative and chairside assisting skills Ability to confidently assist with a variety of dental procedures Excellent patient care and the ability to clearly explain post-operative instructions and general treatment information as directed by the doctor Organized, dependable, and able to manage a busy schedule Strong understanding of sterilization, infection control, and OSHA standards Ability to take accurate clinical notes and maintain patient records Clinical operatory preparation, turnover, instrument sterilization, and inventory management. Assist in any area of the office as needed to ensure smooth patient flow and daily operations. Promote a team-centered culture by communicating respectfully and supporting coworkers. Solution-oriented attitude and creative problem-solving skills.
