Our practice is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, family-oriented environment where both patients and team members feel valued. The ideal candidate is a Washington State Registered Dental Assistant with at least two years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-focused attitude. We are seeking someone who is organized, reliable, and passionate about creating outstanding patient experiences while supporting efficient clinical operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Chart treatment and document clinical notes accurately in Dentrix Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans as needed Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed Support a positive, patient-centered experience from start to finish Qualifications Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure Previous experience as a dental assistant - 2 years Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required Dentrix and Dexis experience a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to provide high-quality patient care Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
