We are a private dental practice in Spokane looking for someone who is dependable, positive, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care. We offer a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule with Fridays off , competitive pay of $21-$27 per hour , and a supportive work environment where teamwork and great patient experiences are a priority.

PM Tuesday-Thursday:

7:30 AM-4:00

PM Friday-Sunday:

Off What We Offer $21-$27 per hour, based on experience Four-day workweek, Monday-Thursday Fridays off 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Paid sick time Employee discount Consistent daytime schedule Supportive, team-oriented private practice Responsibilities Assist Dr. Keck with restorative and general dental procedures Prepare and turn over treatment rooms Take diagnostic dental X-rays Follow proper sterilization and infection-control protocols Maintain accurate patient records Provide patients with post-treatment instructions Help keep the clinical area organized, stocked, and running efficiently Work collaboratively with the clinical and front-office team to keep the patient schedule flowing smoothly Qualifications At least 1 year of dental assisting experience Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and sterilization procedures Dental X-ray experience Strong understanding of infection control and aseptic technique Dentrix experience is a plus Clear aligner experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team About You We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, stays organized, and genuinely enjoys helping patients feel comfortable.
