What You'll Do:

Assist the doctors and our team during a variety of dental procedures and patient exams Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure materials are organized and ready Capture and develop dental X-rays Maintain accurate, confidential patient records Educate patients on oral health and post-procedure care Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient Manage inventory and assist with supply ordering Deliver unreasonable hospitality — go above and beyond to make every visit exceptional!

What We're Looking For:

Current Washington State Dental Assistant Certification Prior experience as a dental assistant required Bonus skills: Dentrix, CEREC, digital scanning, and Invisalign (not required but a big plus!) Excellent communication and people skills Strong attention to detail and a team-player mindset Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a modern, progressive dental environment
