Experienced Dental Assistant Needed!! Our office is looking to add an Experience Dental Assistant to join our practice located 30min south of Madison WI. Sugar River Dental is a well known office in the surrounding communities of Madison WI, for their commitment to delivering high-quality, patient focused dental care in a fun office environment. Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Greet and prepare patients for treatment, provide patient education, and ensure comfort throughout their visit.
Clinical Support:
Provide four-handed chair-side assistance. Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to OSHA and CDC regulations.
Diagnostics:
Take digital radiographs, iTero 3D scans, and digital photographs as directed.
Administrative Tasks:
Review and update patient health histories. Utilize Open Dental software for patient record-keeping and scheduling.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage dental supplies and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years previous chair-side dental experience Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Qualified training/prior experience with clinical disinfection, instrument sterilization and OSHA compliance. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, self starter, proactive mindset, and highly motivated. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
