  S_180339 Spherion is working with a full-service machine shop that has been servicing companies with their machined part needs since 1945!

We are currently looking for a Lathe Operator to join the team on night shift for this direct hire opportunity.

Role Highlights:

• Direct Hire
• $22-27/hr depending on experience
• Benefits: Health, Dental, Disability, Life, Paid Holidays, and Vacation. 401K with match eligible after 1 year
• Schedule: Monday
• Thursday, 3:30pm
• 1:30am
• Paoli, WI Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate Mazak conversational lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints for setup
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preference for a 2-year degree in a CNC-related program
• Must be able to edit code to adjust machine settings if tolerances are off
