Dental Intern / Entry-Level Dental Assistant - PRN Dr. Pull It | Burlington, WI Dr. Pull It is a growing dental practice in Burlington, WI focused on extractions, wisdom teeth, and dental implants. We are looking for a friendly, dependable Dental Intern / Entry-Level Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice on a PRN/as-needed basis. Spanish Speaking preferred. PRN shifts are available on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays based on patient volume and staffing needs. This is a flexible position with the potential for more consistent hours as the practice grows. This is a great opportunity for a pre-dental student or someone interested in dentistry who wants hands-on experience in a real clinical setting. No prior dental assisting experience is required. Paid training is provided, with the opportunity to gradually learn and train into a dental assisting role. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to transition into a more consistent schedule as the practice grows, with pay increases as you develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities Take dental X-rays after appropriate training Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms Answer phones and assist with basic front-desk tasks Help maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Assist the dental team with day-to-day patient care Gradually train into chairside dental assisting Assist with social media content, including taking photos/videos and creating simple posts Help with referral outreach to grow awareness of the practice Who We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Available to work Mondays, Fridays, and/or Saturdays Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts Friendly, responsible, eager to learn, and a great team player Self-motivated, takes initiative, and enjoys staying productive Interested in dentistry or a healthcare career Comfortable with dental procedures, including extractions and oral surgery, and willing to learn hands-on chairside assisting Spanish-speaking preferred Social media or marketing skills are a plus No dental experience necessary.
