The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, assisting the dentist during procedures, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow in the dental office. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment while adhering to all safety and infection control protocols. Responsibilities
  • Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring that all necessary instruments are prepared and available.
  • Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments.
  • Implement infection control protocols in compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of dental anatomy to provide effective support during procedures.
  • Educate patients on post-operative care. Experience The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • At least 3-4 months experience with four-handed dentistry techniques.
  • Strong infection control measures.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
  • Solid understanding of dental anatomy is essential.
Candidates with prior experience in a dental assisting role or relevant certifications will be given preference. We are looking for someone who is passionate about dental care, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing exceptional patient service.
