Experienced Dental Assistant — $24-$27/hr + Benefits North Shore Dental — Mequon, WI Full-time | Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM North Shore Dental is a privately owned dental practice in Mequon looking for an experienced dental assistant to join our team. We have a good group of people, a busy but organized practice, and a doctor who is here and working with the team every day. We're not part of a dental corporation, and there are no production quotas or layers of management. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of dental assisting experience who knows how to keep things moving and can anticipate what the doctor needs.

The job includes:

Chairside assisting for general, restorative, implant and surgical procedures Digital impressions (iTero experience is a plus) Taking PAs, bitewings, panoramic images and CBCTs Periodontal charting and hygiene support Sterilization and instrument management Room setup and turnover Making night guards, Essix retainers, athletic mouthguards and whitening trays Some front-office help when needed We're looking for someone who is dependable, works well with others and doesn't need to be told what to do every step of the day. You should be comfortable working with an experienced doctor and take responsibility for your part of keeping the day running smoothly. You don't have to know everything we do. We can teach you our systems and technology. Being reliable, willing to learn and able to work independently are more important.
