Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Surgical Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys oral surgery, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to expand their clinical skills beyond traditional dental assisting. Our ideal candidate is confident assisting with implant surgeries, values organization and efficiency, and is excited to learn advanced laboratory and digital workflows, including 3D printing, temporary bridge fabrication, and characterization of prosthetic teeth. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during full-mouth implant and oral surgery procedures. Prepare surgical rooms, instruments, and materials before each procedure. Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and OSHA standards. Monitor and support patient comfort throughout surgical procedures. Take diagnostic radiographs and CBCT scans when needed. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Assist with fabrication, finishing, polishing, and characterization of temporary prosthetic bridges. Learn and assist with digital workflows, including 3D printing and implant prosthetics. Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Maintain an organized, efficient, and positive clinical environment.
