We are opening a brand-new dental office in West Allis and are looking for an energetic, dependable, and personable Dental Assistant who wants more than just another dental assisting job. This is an opportunity to join a new office at the ground level and grow with us as we build the practice and our team. Because we are a new office, we are looking for someone who is flexible, takes initiative, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed. In the beginning, everyone will wear multiple hats. As our patient base and team grow, your position will grow with us. What You'll Do Assist the dentist with general and restorative procedures Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures Take digital X-rays and intraoral images Set up and break down operatories Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control protocols Maintain instruments, supplies, and clinical inventory Provide chairside assistance and anticipate the doctor's needs Educate patients regarding treatment and post-operative instructions Help maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes Keep the clinical area organized, stocked, and running efficiently Help establish systems and workflows for our new practice Assist with front-office responsibilities when necessary, particularly while the practice is growing Who We're Looking For We want someone who is positive, reliable, organized, and genuinely enjoys working with patients.
