This single-provider practice has served the community for more than 30 years and provides comprehensive general, cosmetic, restorative, implant, endodontic, and surgical dentistry. Thursday:
8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Friday hours may vary Team members arrive approximately 30 minutes before the first patient Full-time, direct-hire positions Compensation $20-$25 per hour Compensation based on experience, certifications, and clinical skill level Exceptional candidates with extensive implant, oral-surgery, or endodontic experience may be considered above the posted range Responsibilities Provide efficient four-handed chairside assistance Anticipate the dentist's needs throughout procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment Assist with crowns and bridges, composite and amalgam fillings, root canals, extractions, implant placement, pulpotomies, dentures, and other restorative procedures Assist with surgical and complex dental procedures Take diagnostic-quality digital radiographs Prepare patients for treatment and clearly explain procedures Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental Turn over treatment rooms thoroughly and efficiently Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control protocols Monitor clinical supplies and restock treatment areas Provide postoperative instructions as directed Help anxious patients feel comfortable and cared for Maintain smooth and efficient patient flow Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and practice safety requirements Communicate professionally with the dentist, patients, and team members Practice Software and Technology Open Dental Weave DEXIS digital imaging PreXion 3D imaging Advanced implant and restorative technology These opportunities are ideal for experienced Dental Assistants who are clinically confident, proactive, and ready to become dependable members of an established dental team.
