Overview
We are seeking a skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will assist our orthodontist in providing quality care to our patients.
Duties
Prepare treatment rooms for orthodontic procedures
Assist orthodontists during patient appointments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Perform infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
Utilize 3D scanners and medical imaging systems for diagnostics
Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed
Implement four-handed dentistry techniques for efficient patient care
Skills
Proficiency in infection control protocols
Knowledge of medical terminology related to orthodontics
Familiarity with 3D scanning technology for orthodontic purposes
Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques
