  • $31 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Chairside assisting Medical documentation HIPAA Eaglesoft Registered Dental Hygienist Full Job Description Job Summary Seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist for a friendly and busy Family Practice.
4 days a week. If you can only do some days, please apply anyway. Open 4 days 28-30 hours (M-T) Experience assisting, ability to multitask, Insurance experience, and phone skills/Eaglesoft/Practice Management Software/ScanX experience a plus. Non smoking practice. Please respond with resume. Duties
  • Perform dental cleanings and assist with procedures under the supervision of a dentist
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
  • Periodontal care
  • Dental x-rays/ScanX system
  • Maintain and update patient dental records
  • Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants
  • Conduct initial patient screenings, including vital signs and medical history Skills
  • Proficiency in Eaglesoft, or similar dental software
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Experience in general dentistry procedures
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
  • Ability to work with pediatric patients
  • Competency in taking vital signs accurately
