Atkins Dental Clinic is looking for a Dental Insurance/Treatment Coordinator . We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice seeking a detailed-oriented insurance expert who can also confidently present teatment plans and help patients move forward with care. We are located in Atkins, Arkansas. Our office hours are Mon., Tues., Wed. 8:30-5:00 and Thurs. 9:00-6:00. Pay is $16-$19 per hour depending on experience You will be responsible for: Verifying Insurance Creating and presenting dental treatment plans in a clear, patient friendly language Discuss costs, coverage and financing options Scheduling appointments and other basic front office tasks What you bring: Dental insurance experience is required Understanding of EOBs, Claims, CDT codes, scheduling, etc.. Warm, confident patient communication Organized, proactive, great with follow-up Experience with dental software (we use OpenDental)
