Dental Hygienist:

Monday through Thursday 8-5 with 1 hour lunch 401K

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
• Take dental radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide oral health instructions
• Conduct thorough dental assessments and screenings
• (Preferred) Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records systems (Eaglesoft)
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients on oral health practices
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and treatment planning
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
