Responsibilities
Perform professional dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Conduct thorough oral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver preventative treatments and patient education to support long-term oral health
Take and interpret dental radiographs
Collaborate with the clinical team to provide a seamless, high-quality patient experience
Benefit from dedicated, patient-focused pacing: 60 for adult prophys and 90 for SRP
Requirements
Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing
New graduates are warmly encouraged to apply
Strong patient communication skills and a genuine passion for patient-centered care
Comfort working with modern dental technology and cloud-based practice management software
Experience with Carestream technology is a plus
Laser Certification, Local Anesthesia certification, and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring preferred (not required)

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $50
- $55 per hour, based on experience
