What We Offer Competitive compensation package Attractive performance-based bonus structure Exposure to a comprehensive range of dental services Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Supportive, positive, and team-oriented work environment Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance Additional benefits and incentives available Key Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories and evaluating oral health conditions Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) in accordance with safety guidelines Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care Identify signs of oral diseases and communicate findings to the dentist for diagnosis and treatment planning Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and charting Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and sterilization standards Support a positive patient experience by providing compassionate and professional care Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. Requirements:
A degree or certificate in dental hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license Active CPR Certificate
