patient base — no HMO, no Medicaid Key Responsibilities A great hygiene experience Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and updating health records. Deliver comprehensive hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, radiographs, sealants, and coronal polishing. Demonstrate excellent soft tissue management knowledge and periodontal assessment skills. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care in a way that builds trust — never pressure. Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and patient flow. Accurately document patient records, perio charting, and treatment notes. Support a 5-star patient experience through warm, professional, and detail-oriented care. Participate in continuous education to stay current with the latest hygiene practices and technologies.

License/Certification:

RDH (Required) X-Ray Certification (Required) CPR (Required)

Experience:

Dental hygiene: 1 year (Required) or Recent Grads with previous DA/RDA experience

Pay:

$60.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 24.0 per week
