The Opportunity We are looking for a passionate, patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing clinical team. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, full-mouth charting, and thorough prophylaxis and scaling/root planing procedures Deliver a patient experience that feels personal, unhurried, and genuinely caring — every appointment Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment needs, and the connection between oral health and overall wellness Take and review digital radiographs; identify areas of concern and communicate clearly with the doctor Partner with our clinical and front-office team to support seamless treatment coordination and case acceptance Participate in morning huddles, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities Uphold our commitment to infection control, OSHA compliance, and sterilization protocols

What We're Looking For Required:

Active California RDH license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Proficiency with digital radiography and modern dental software Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build patient trust and rapport A genuine commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence Team-first mindset — collaborative, dependable, and enthusiastic

Preferred:

Local anesthesia certificate Experience in a cosmetic, fee-for-service, or multi-specialty dental practice Familiarity with periodontal co-therapy protocols and full-mouth rehabilitation Laser hygiene experience Airflow Digital scanning experience (Itero, Trios, etc)

Pay:

$55.00 - $60.00 per hour
