Families come to us with questions about treatment, insurance, finances, scheduling, and what comes next. Your job is to help them feel informed, supported, and confident in their decisions. We also believe a great career should leave room for the rest of your life. Our pediatric and orthodontic practices operate Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. No evenings. No weekends. That means predictable hours, consistent scheduling, and the ability to make plans outside of work without wondering whether you'll still be at the office. We're looking for an experienced Pediatric / Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who communicates warmly, follows through, stays organized, and genuinely enjoys helping families understand and move forward with recommended care. During the day, we work hard. We expect our team to be engaged, dependable, and focused on creating an excellent patient experience. You'll be helping families understand treatment recommendations, reviewing financial options, coordinating next steps, following up on pending treatment, and supporting both pediatric and orthodontic care. You should be comfortable having financial conversations, explaining things clearly, and building trust without making families feel pressured. We also believe balance matters. Your evenings should still feel like your evenings. Your weekends should still feel like your weekends. A successful career in dentistry should not require giving up the rest of your life.
