$55-$68+ per hour, depending on experience Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. We have opportunities available at both of our convenient San Diego offices in Mission Valley and 4S Ranch . Our ideal hygienist takes pride in providing excellent clinical care, enjoys building lasting relationships with patients, and works well as part of a supportive dental team. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care Perform dental cleanings and periodontal assessments Perform oral cancer screenings Take dental radiographs as permitted by California regulations Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and periodontal health Review medical and dental histories Document treatment accurately in patient charts Identify and communicate periodontal concerns to the dentist Provide fluoride and other preventive treatments as appropriate Build strong, long-term relationships with patients Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment Follow OSHA and infection-control standards Work closely with dentists, assistants, and front-office staff What We're Looking For Current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR/BLS certification as required Strong clinical and communication skills Friendly, professional, and dependable personality Excellent patient-care skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience New graduates are welcome to apply , as well as experienced hygienists looking for a new dental home.
