Most practices tie hygiene to production targets, which quietly turns every appointment into a sales conversation. We are fee-for-service, and we do not run hygiene on quotas. That matters day to day. When a patient needs perio therapy, you recommend it because they need it. When they don't, you say so. You get to be the clinician you trained to be instead of managing a number. We also have specialists in-house across periodontics, orthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery

• so when a patient needs more than hygiene, there is somewhere real to refer them and someone to learn from.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform comprehensive cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive care Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and charting Take and review dental radiographs as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and prevention Build strong, trusting relationships with patients Collaborate with dentists and clinical team on individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance protocols Support a calm, welcoming environment for patients of all ages
