Compensation:

$450/day 6-hour straight clinical day = $75/hour Office hours 9-3 No unpaid lunch during the scheduled 6 hours PPO and cash-pay practice

Schedule:

1 day per week Office hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Flexible on which day of the week for the right candidate Approximately 6 consecutive clinical hours

Responsibilities:

Adult and child prophylaxis Periodontal maintenance Periodontal charting and assessment Necessary radiographs as indicated Patient education and oral hygiene instruction Review medical/dental history and update records Communicate findings and treatment recommendations to the dentist Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation

Practice Environment:

Established private dental practice PPO and cash-pay patients Primarily general dentistry and recall hygiene Doctor performs exams and diagnoses separately Supportive, professional environment Looking for someone who values quality patient care and efficient scheduling

Ideal Candidate:

Current California RDH license Dependable and professional Comfortable working independently Strong clinical skills and patient communication Efficient while providing thorough, quality care Previous private-practice experience preferred
