Job Description

$5,000 Welcome Bonus Our office is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic dental office and make a positive impact on the oral health of our community.
Duties:
  • Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
  • Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review and oral cancer screenings
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
  • Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff
  • Collaborate with the dental team to provide treatment plans for patients
  • Provide exceptional patient care and address any concerns or questions
Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a dental office as a Dental Hygienist (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of infection control protocols and practices
  • Ability to perform patient assessments, including pediatric patients $5,000 welcome bonus to be paid out with $2,500 after completion of 180-day probationary period and $2,500 after a year.
