  • 5:00 pm Licensed in the State of Colorado Jamison Family Dental is in search for a skillful, energetic, team oriented Registered Dental Hygienist who will join our team of dental professionals.
Excellent patient care is required for this position. Experience with Eaglesoft is helpful, but we're willing to train. Salary is commensurate with experience. We have an Immediate opening for a hygienist Monday

Duties Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to maintain optimal oral health. Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, dental charts to ensure safe and effective care. Take dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring proper technique and patient comfort while adhering to infection prevention protocols. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to empower them with knowledge for lifelong health. Maintain accurate and detailed medical and dental records using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Eaglesoft ensuring HIPAA compliance and confidentiality. Follow strict infection control procedures, including aseptic techniques and sterilization of dental equipment, to uphold safety standards. Skills Proficiency in dental software systems such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix for documentation and scheduling management. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and general dentistry procedures. Ability to accurately perform X-ray imaging while maintaining patient comfort and safety standards. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on client communication, education, and building trustful relationships. Knowledge of healthcare infection prevention and control practices, including HIPAA compliance management and maintaining patient confidentiality. Understanding of dental procedures for accurate recordkeeping.
